Jayden Henderson is a talented rugby union hooker from Southland, New Zealand, known for his physicality and solid set-piece skills. Standing at 183 cm and weighing 106 kg, he began making his mark in 2022 with the Star Rugby Club and as a Southland B representative. His performances earned him a spot in the Southland Stags squad for the 2024 Bunnings NPC, New Zealand’s top domestic competition, where he continued to develop his craft among the country’s elite players.

Following his stint with the Stags, Jayden took his game across the Tasman to join Eastwood Rugby Club, one of the top sides in Sydney’s competitive Shute Shield competition. He made his first-grade debut for Eastwood in April 2025 and has quickly established himself as a key contributor. With a strong work ethic and versatile skillset, Jayden is thriving in Australia and continues to build on an already impressive rugby journey.
